Crown Entertainments Limited (CEC Ltd) was formed in 2010 to operate the Winter Gardens Blackpool in partnership with Blackpool Borough Council following the acquisition of the complex by the local authority. CEC Ltd also administer the www.blackpoollive.com website and booking channels. |
