A trade exhibition covering all aspects of the Catering and Hospitality industry from the small take away, cafe, coffee shop to the largest hotel, restaurant and catering establishments. Over 180 stands with suppliers dedicated to the hospitality industry.  The event is being staged by Blackpool's Consortium of Independent Hotels who hope this is the first of what will become a yearly event highlighting and bringing together the best of Lancashire. The event is supported by Typhoo Tea, PRS-EPOS, Rawcliffe & Co, North & West Lancashire Chamber of Commerce.
